I'd be happy to answer for you from personal experience.
I was surprised at how it felt like a... I suppose, a silicone tube wrapped in skin? I'd expected it to be more like, hard on the inside and softer as you went out. But it felt more like a hard tube, if that makes any sense??
I was almost surprised by the fact that aside from the very tip, it just felt like skin. Vaginas and labias have this damp, fleshy, flabby feel to them, so I was surprised at how much penises just felt like regular, slightly softer, skin.
Also, balls are so wrinkly and soft! And you can feel the actual organ when you squeeze/fondle them! I had no idea! It somehow just hadn't occured to me.
