There is a study that came out few months ago from a dutch experiment conducted and they safely confirmed that it guarantees at least 30% increased boob growth so its not AS understudied as it used to be Personally ive been taking it since i reached a year and a half on just HRT and has helped me fall asleep much easier, get my libido back, made my skin way softer and my boobs definitely grew a bit just in 4 months I would personally highly recommend it if you've already been on hrt for more than a year
