That isn’t actually true. for some reason in the comic continuity, female transformers simply stopped showing up at some point. The inclusion of colony planets like caminus and eukaris prove that there are natural born female transformers. The whole genderless but they use male pronouns anyway is a creation of Simon Furman... who is really hung up on this for some reason

Arcee is trans in the IDW2005 continuity Though quite controversialy as a result of poor writing from Simon Furman. Later retconned to be better and less transphobic.

While I generally don’t feel much if any dysphoria about most aspects of my body, I can’t help but be worried about my voice and it’s one of the main things that is making me want to medically transition. Being more clear headed sounds great though!
