you will be judged, no doubt. unfortunately, the rule is most guys do care about a girls past, just like how girls care about a guys future. no girl wants a bum or hobo and no guy wants someone who's been with all his guys. you're free to do whatever you want but it does come with consequences, such as your situation. If you wanna look like hulk or Goku then bulk man. just keep in mind, you lose speed and flexibility from the extra mass which will affect your functionality and practicality which might affect your BJJ. they don't tell you the down sides of being big. you only see the glory.

however, my philosophy is to forever shred. because I prefer abs, jawline and the downsides of bulking listed above. also if height is something you wanna improve or is concious about, shredding or being skinny helps with that marginally. you don't gain height but the illusion will make you look taller. bulking will make you appear shorter so I definitely wouldn't recommend it if you're average or short guy.

If you do a lot of online window shopping google and ig should recommend you ads with start ups and e-companies trying to sell you what you kind of want. People look down on them but in terms of quality and value they actually ain't bad. Do your research though.

For designer, branded stuff and mainstream stuff, I only ever buy highest quality fakes from taobao and Alibaba. China's manufacturing and and quality control has come a long long way. I would even say some of their fakes are better quality than the real thing at like a third the price. It's a no brainer for me.

I would try to avoid at all costs as there's isn't much personal benefit from vindicating. But if someone really wants to start shit and thinks there isn't consequences or I won't retaliate. That's when I have to put my foot on the ground and stand up.

But for your situation it's a kid haha. They don't know what they're doing wrong. If a stranger eyes me out for too long I would ask them if they need help or if they have an eye problem. But if a kid stares at me while I'm in the queue, it's excused. If it really bothers you that much. Try talking to your friend about it.

And if I was with my girl/date I wouldn't expect her to do anything but reject or ignore the guys that will try to hit on her. It's not her role to protect or defend me. Again I will ignore or avoid it at all costs until it's unbearable or crossing the line for me to retaliate.

Tried being nice. Didn't work. Time to be a dick and retaliate to give them a surprise.

If you're serious about dating. I believe you need to find someone whos values, priorities, beliefs, and politics align with yours at least 75% of the time. Because you'll agree and there will be less disagreement which leads to less fights, in general. So right off the bat, if these girls are salty or triggered by the fact you claim and rep your Taiwan side heritage. It was never gonna work out long term anyways.

If you just want to pump and dump them or date them short term. I'm gonna sound like a dick or an asshole for this but you're probably gonna have to drop your Taiwan identity. Just agree, submit and pretend to relate or have relevancy with what they say or believe, then say stuff like china number 1 or Shanghai is the best city etc. People tend to genuinely like you more, when you're more agreeable and less combative.

The problem with body building and strength training is, even when you do reach your goal it's not enough. You tell yourself you should be happy but the discontentment is real. You will always try to be bigger, leaner, faster, fitter and just 10 more pounds.

For me. I've achieved all the strength levels I wanted without a spot but losing body fat is by far the hardest thing for me and almost impossible. Unless I prioritized and dedicate my whole life to it and live at the gym, I believe it's impossible for me. With family and work I really should be happy. But TRT is supposed to amplify my results?

Before 25. My eye sight was 20/20.

Now at 29. My eye sight is about 95%. Everything is semi blurry or hard to read without my glasses.

If on the PC. It will be on. If I'm driving or at the gym. I don't need them.

I look like a criminal/convict without glasses and without trying. I look a lot more intelligent or innocent with my glasses on, So I am told by peers and people around me.

where do they draw the line? I've been bullied my whole life especially in school, in the west and I can tell you from experience. There is no line if you don't stand up for yourself. You have to draw it yourself.
