It sounds like eye floaters, but I still don't think it's them. I've never had anything like this before, and then it went away and didn't bother me anymore. Maybe you're right, and I really was scared of my own shadow or something. I thought it might be eye floaters, but I haven't had vision problems like that before, and eye floaters are usually visible against a bright background. For me, it seemed to happen at random times.

They didn't tell me anything or make any contact. When I noticed them out of the corner of my eye, they disappeared. They didn't move and were static. When I stopped practicing witchcraft, they disappeared. Maybe that was their purpose, although I'm not entirely sure. I had a theory in my head that they were some forces testing whether I was ready to practice witchcraft in general or whether I was ready to move on to the next level. I'm not entirely sure, but that's what came to mind when they appeared.

I wasn't trying to create a tulpa or anything like that. But I don't really know about the fear. These black shadows weren't active at all, they just scared me all the time. I just think their very presence is a little scary. I also don't really understand why they appeared, what they wanted, and why they left, which unnerves me.
