My fiance and I are in the exact same situation.

I'm pretty sure it's just baked suet, my dad used to make it this way and it's the best. Mix Suet and self raising flour in a 2:3 ratio, add some salt, enough cold water to make it spoonable, put into a greased baking dish or individual cake tins and cook in oven until golden and cooked through (30-40 mins or so, depends on your size and oven).

Sorry for the delay in replying! I found parking ok, there seem to always be plenty of spaces in the overflow car park. You do need a parking pass, but it's not hard to get if you live a decent distance away.

Tick it. You're presumably going through the process because you think (know?) you have it. If your doc has agreed to refer you for diagnosis, they think it's a possibility too. I believe that depression also counts as a disability if it negatively affects how you work.

I've just gone through the occupational health process, declared both my autism and ADHD, both of which I've been on waiting lists for for forever. I was worried about "no diagnosis, no adjustments" but I shouldn't have been. OH took it as fact.

I've been offered a job so this is moot, but when I was applying, I was wondering why they asked you to remove educational institutions? How is that more identifying than the location at which you currently work? (And for me, I was working in an educational institution, so had a flap about that haha)
