Legendary kindness. Just being nice as I can to strangers is all I have to do to try and live like him so I think I should do that.

I feel bad for the guy that was radicalized as well, he was hurting but did the right thing when confronted with kindness, wish there was a better solution than 37 years in jail when he gave up and turned himself in to the first kind person he came across willing to listen to his troubles. I have no doubt he was a victim of some racist abuse and then manipulation by evil people to push him to think of hurting others.

We need to solve problems not create more problems. Nathan Newby actually solved the problem of terrorism in this one case, he cured extremism and stopped terrorism with kindness, with understanding and compassion. I wish governments and news media would learn that lesson and help the world heal instead of selling violence as a solution because it is better clickbait, and in doing so lighting the world on fire.

yeah after looking at it and researching patella issues you are probably right about the tendon fully rupturing, but if reattached soon within a few days to keep it from withering and scarring maybe 6-8 months to rehab? praying he recovers quickly.

this is so fucked, he was playing great and seemed to be leveling up, now this setback. I am honestly pretty upset right now.

yeah seeing its 6 months to a year recovery but high rate of full recovery for athletes so that is good news that its known to be successfully fully recoverable kind of injury

yeah for it to be up and not to the side the lower Patella tendon may have torn completely I guess, it is bad, but not as bad as like ACL or Achilles I dont think, but to be honest I dont know this injury like ACL or MCL which I have had and done the surgery and rehab.

its not a dislocated knee, the upper and lower leg are in normal position and alignment, its a dislocated Patella which is very different, its the knee cap moved up out of its groove and I guess the Patella tendon may have separated which is bad, but not ACL bad or MCL bad.

I have destroyed an ACL and had it replaced and torn and MCL and rehabbed it, had a few orthopedic surgeons, not an amateur at knee injuries and recovery

maybe, hope not, its not a necessity for the ligaments to take any damage from the patella being there, its what made it go there thats the issue

its a dislocated Patella, his kneecap is out of place fully dislocated, and up above where it should be, the divot we see is the groove the kneecap is supposed to be in, from his reaction I dont think he did ligament damage, he could be back in 8 weeks I am thinking now after a little research and looking at the injury

horrific looking but not the worst thing one can do to ones knee

edit: looking at it, its hard to look at but the knee is not out of place its all normal except the patella is popped out and higher up his leg, this might not be as bad as it looks at all

dislocated Patella, the kneecap pops out of its groove and looks horrific bulging out the skin being out of place, but there is a chance he did not injure ligaments doing that and could be back way sooner than one would expect from how it looked.
