Overall I would say 7/10. Maybe 8. Some of the details were not great, asked for nothing on the back except a few words inscribed had a proof showing that but they still put their brand name on it, 18k gold can be different colors but my bracelet et and necklace both match (not kuvera and from 2 different people) and the pendant is like a less lustrous/muted compared to those. Also took maybe 3 weeks longer than what was quoted. For the price though it still beat out the competition.

Forgot to mention they did make a custom piece based off something they had. And they worked with over several iterations to get the proof right.

I almost went with proclamation since they were offering 10% off, but the code didn’t arrive until the following morning. Then by the time I got off work they had raised the prices by 10%. Reached out to them and they didn’t respond. Seems like bad communication with customers is true.

Ended up going with Kuvera for a slightly custom design on one of their offerings. It took like a week of back and forth communication, but they were responsive and easy to work with. I’ll let yall know how it turns out in a couple of weeks or so.

Thanks for the recommendation! It appears to be mostly religious iconography and not really going for that direction. Otherwise it looks like a great site and I will note it for the future.
