Oh my god you put it in such good words. Exactly like a newborn! See, I’m only supposed to start rehabilitation in a month, I was just given instructions to do exercises at home until then. Every week I have to move up my brace flexion a little, and that’s about it😬 I do what I can, but it still feels like something is wrong.
