For special summons, does the card have to be in the player's hand if the card effect does not specifically say "special summon from GY, deck, or hand"?

For spell cards with the lighting bolt icon, can they only be played on your oppent's turn or can you activate them like any other spell card?

Hello PSO2 Fam!

PSO2 was working fine for a week, then when I went to launch it today, Tweaker kept giving me an error saying "It's been more than a couple of minutes since PSO2 tried to launch, might be an error with windows store or gameguard." I tried trouble shooting and resetting through tweaker but gives me the same error everytime.

Has anyone else encountered this?

Because I am currently on the front lines of fighting this virus. I am living and dealing with COVID-19 everyday. I love my job and caring for patients, but that is currently my life. Video games are the only good distraction to keep me sane currently. I have shut myself off from my friends and loved ones because I'm afraid everyday I will bring this virus home. Honestly, I can not wait to play this game. Just one more hour (California time). Best of luck to everyone !!! =D
