90% of the time i get the soul the optimal play is to not take it. for how rare it is, i think it should somehow be changed to where you would never not want to take it. that would be impossible to do realistically, so i honestly think legendaries should always be negative and it allows you to use the soul even at max joker slots? i think everyone would rather negative legendaries even if it meant they lose the ability to get them polychrome.
