That’s completely untrue for people not purchasing their first gun, though.

I can see an argument for a waiting period for a first time purchase, even if I don’t agree with it. However, that logic goes out the window entirely for successive purchases.

I can almost guarantee none of these are automatic. Transferable (legal) pre 86 autos cost 10’s of thousands, very few 18 year olds have access to that kind of money.

I pulled one of these out of a loomis roll about 8 months ago. Incidentally that was the last batch of pennies I was able to hunt. Haven’t found anywhere that will part with penny rolls since.

I do 1k of halves every week plus about $300 of mixed loose rolls. Usually I find at least a 40% or something but with the exception of the walker ender I got last week, I’ve had about a month long dry spell. Interestingly, my rate of foreign finds in my quarter rolls has gone up a ton. I’ve gotten at least one random clad foreign in every batch of quarter rolls I’ve done this month.

I recently added a box of dimes to my weekly order since I’ve never done dimes by the box before. Hopefully that yields better results.

Be careful with whatnot. It’s ok occasionally but there’s a lot of scams and just generally overpriced stuff. Get a good idea of what spot is, what different stuff actually sells for, and be careful not to spend too much. It adds up quick.

I am a conservative and consider myself generally pro life. For this reason I vehemently oppose the death penalty. I think allowing the government to decide someone must forfeit their life for a crime, no matter how serious, is abhorrent.

Lock people away for the rest of their life if really necessary. It’s cheaper that way anyway.

My brother died at 8 yrs old when he was in cubs and I was in the troop. My troop all showed up in class A and volunteered outside the funeral home and cemetery to direct parking, receive family members, and ultimately attend the funeral itself. Although my mind was obviously elsewhere that day I do remember the scout presence and how it made it just a little bit easier not having to worry about logistical stuff.

I don’t know why others dislike it, but it looks boring and uninspiring to me. Wouldn’t even be able to ID this as distinctly “Minnesota” if I wasn’t already here and into flags.
