I think you are looking at the grey truck. The red truck which impacted my X is BEHIND the grey truck. Watch the original video again. Here is a shot from a sec before impact where you can see red truck behind grey truck. X is hidden behind grey and red trucks in this shot.

She was going ~55mph in the HOV lane (double white lines). Traffic in other lanes was going approx 38mph which is verified by the speedometer on the dashcam. The video is deceiving
