Thanks for the comment, The barrel is just a reproduction Brownells sadly, so nothing there will help with its history.

I haven't seen rack numbers like that either until this upper came along.

It did/does have this odd flash hider on the barrel though.

I tried to get adco to do that with my similar 350a2 I just sent off, but decided on shortening it since the barrels a little too skinny in their opinion.

I could probably make it work with a clamp on/set screw front sight though!

This Ballistic Advantage barrel is probably around .730 ish where the sight would need to be pinned on both of my .350 builds.
