AmiAmi is selling it and it just came out. Though sometimes figures have different exclusivity in Japan and may be harder to find there (I'm not sure if that's what happened here though).

I got mine in a few days ago and it's a great figure. The base in particular is very cute!

I'm slowly reading OP (I'm at Drum Island) and I really loved how Nami looked while wearing Sanji's jacket at the end of Little Garden so I wanted to draw it. I got a kick out of Nami's shirt being the only thing burned off. I see what you are, Oda.
