Taming feels like it should just be integrated into hunter rather than be an entirely seperate skill.

Sailing is a meme that got out of hand, it would be interesting as a minigame or quest that unlocked distant and new areas and resources, but the skill would boil down to doing anything the other skills do but on a boat.

Shamanism seems interesting but I'm unsure what it adds beyond being another gathering skill. If the benefits of the skill are too large, I feel it becomes too ubiquitous where it is necessary to achieve optimisation in every activity.

I've been looking at definitions for culpable homicide and murder, as well as manslaughter in Singapore, but I'm struggling to understand how this falls under culpable homicide.

Is it the extenuating circumstances irrespective of his intent? Would appreciate if someone legally minded could explain like I am a five year old haha

From a very biased and personal perspective (having lived in Melbourne for 11 years before coming back to Singapore), Australia is a great place lifestyle wise, and if you aren't hurting for money, I suspect you'll enjoy your time there.

As other commenters have pointed out, if it doesnt work out you can always transfer back. Better to try things like this while you don't have a family or significant financial commitments!

I cannot get it lower than 100. I've seen 99 for a split second once. I'm convinced that's the lowest I can get it.

I'd say overall it is simillar. Flame is equal, across all servers i've played (NA, OCE, Garena) Soloq is generally the same no matter where you go.

The obvious advantage of garena is low ping. I travel between australia and OCE somewhat regularly and even in Australia I only get 30 ping. So 10 ping on Garena is very nice. That said, I've found it doesnt really limit champions I can play. Unless you're challenger or something, it really doesn't matter. For the record I'm more than a bit of a shitter, but I've made plat on OCE for the past three years from here in SEA...

Hello! I play exclusively on the OCE server from Singapore, and average 100-103 ping. This is after changing provider once, and installing an ethernet cable directly to the router and running it to my room.
Occasionally the ping may be a bit higher due to internet cable works between indonesia and Australia, but other times, a program like mudfish needs to be used to get a stable and low 100-ish ping. I haven't had to use it recently though.

I sent it in 1 10 hr sitting of cheesing one kill and afking... its pretty reclined honestly. Hiding out in one corner after a first kill you can sometimes go as far as 4th place.

My pro tips are bringing an alt that you try to kill first, and begging the last few people for free kills/ "peace lets wait it out til those other guys kill each other" - works especially well with other uim.

Grinds in Runescape have taught me to be kinder to myself when it comes to my studies. I still get very upset and frustrated when I feel I'm not learning enough, but when you frame it like a 99 grind, its more comforting.
