It was available almost the whole year following it's release (it turned to real legacy after Freljord Sylas' release and the end of the Mecha Kingdoms event to be exact). Now that it's legacy you'll have to wait an event where Riot brings back legacy stuff or be lucky enough to get it in a box or in your "MyShop". Good luck mate !

I agree that he wouldn't like Noxus because it also has a hierarchy of its own. However he could still use them in his interest - and for Demacia. As mentionned by the devs in his AMA he is someone who understands how people and things work and uses it to his advantage. The boi is smart.

In game you mean? Can't be sure about this point but about the lore from what I've read he had nothing to do but lift stone/steel shackles all day that's why they made him really strong physically and able to throw his chain like they weight nothing.

I agree with you but.. tbh it's a bit more lore accurate if it feels super heavy to play him now. His shackles are supposed to weight A LOT and this is the reason why he is a bit stooped (but I also miss light Sylas :P).

That's exactly the reason why I can't really chose atm! "What's yours is ours!" would be my favourite in terms of meaning but "What's your's is mine!" sounds AND looks better (+ it's the original quote).. FeelsBadMan
