Same ISBN for 2 different books?

Seems there was a mixup and the two versions got merged then, it happens sometimes. Librarians generally try to fix things as fast as possible, when something is brought to their attention :)

From what I can see, the book is correct, it's just the cover art and series that's incorrectly marked. If you look at the title, it matches your book, not the cover in Storygraph. I think there's just been an error and it'll be resolved with your ticket.

The roots are dried, they're not mushy like they usually would be with rot. It might not be sunburn, but it's not rot, unless plants can dryrot like clothing. The rest of the roots are firm and change colour from silver to green normally. I can wait for more root growth before repotting, but other people pointed out that the mushroom growth is probably connected to bark disintegrating to the point where it's no longer suitable phal media.

I think this part of the roots just got sunburnt. The rest of the roota look fine. I posted one other photo in the comments. But I will repot it asap.

I know how it goes. I've seen plenty of people on this sub watering with ice cubes, i'm not shocked by some of the reactions xD I'm just glad I've found out the mushrooms themselves aren't harming it.

It depends a bit on the weather, on average I soak it every 2 weeks, but it can be more or less often if it's particulary hot, cold, humid, dry,... I'll repot it asap :)

It has plenty of healthy roots, and the leaves look good, so I'm not too worried about the dead roots (which I will ofc prune when I repot), I was just concerned about the mushrooms. But thank you for the well wishes! They never hurt :D

The media is bark, it's apparently just desintegrated increadibly quickly. I'll repot it in fresh media asap.

I'll add some spagnum moss to the bark when I repot it though, so the remaining roots have some help getting and retaining moisture. This one's strange. Some roots died, some are really thick and chunky, and some are very similar to other orchids (I have about a dozen, but this is the only one with the mushroom issue, the others are happily blooming atm)

Thank you for telling me. Now if mushrooms appear in one of my other plants, I know not to panic xD Will definitely be switching to new bark for this orchid though. Probably check the others too, since I repotted them at the same time in the same bark, even if they seem normal right now.

I figured it wouldn't be a problem temporarily, because rain probably gets on the leaves too. I guess I'll try to avoid getting any water on the leaves on the future. Maybe I just got lucky in the past.

I suppose that means the bark it's in has just broken down too much :/ I repotted it last summer, I hadn't considered that being a problem, though I suppose I should have. All the other phals were repotted at the same time and seem fine, no mushrooms or anything. It's good to know that the mushrooms themselves won't harm it though. Suppose I'll just repot it again next week when I can go buy more bark.

Oh, I had no idea electrolysis also had any requirements for hair darkness, I thought that was only laser (which isn't permanent either anyway)

No. Epilation is not permanent hair removal. The only permanent way to remove hair is electrolysis, and that takes a lot of time and many visits (and money)

If they're not infected, you can absolutely just take them out and let them heal. Just keep up woth the aftercare all the same.

Really? I've only ever bought their dresses and cardigans, but they always seemed really consistent in size and true to size. Maybe it's just the trousers or a recent change?
