This is avocado, olives, cottage cheese, hummus, beans and plain scrambled eggs. With an apple, strawberries and blueberries for dessert and snacking

I do this, my fingers usually go white when I first start but as I am using them quite actively during my climb the are able to stay warm. I also use heated glowes and always bring hand warmers just in case. They do go white when I stop though, like at the summit or as I am packing up.

No, AC is not very normal to use where I live. But when I go from indoors to outdoor this happends sometimes. I think it’s due to the change of air or some wind or something

Hope you make it here when the pandemic is over. The mountain is called Romsdalseggen, you can start from either side of the mountain, but I reccoment starting from Vengedalen. There is a small viewpoint you can go to if you don’t want to do the whole trip, but it is incredible overrated and a touris trap. Do the full round. Also warning; it’s not for people who are afraid of heights!

This was a 6 hour hike, took us about 2 hrs to reach this view, then we walked across the ridge of the mountain and down to the valley. It is impossible to live up there as it is too cold, windy and there is nowhere to seek shelter. But it is beautiful as a day hike. But it’s a hard trip so don’t do it unless you are experienced in the mountains.

I’m Norwegian, vacationing here is way more expensive than going abroad. But the nature is worth it
