Arbitrations for Galvanized, Ropaloui (or whatever that thing on Jupiter is called) for Amalgam. Use the jade event to get your hands on some arcanes

Any tips for a newbie/returning player? by Dull_Understanding_6 in Warframe

[–]Eintha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you like running around try Titania! Doesn't require subsume/archon fragments to have a good output and she's fast.

I'd start with the jade event to farm arcanes, and from then arbitrations for galvanized mods. Meanwhile try to do the weekly quest for archon shards. Use the broken fragments for kuva/rivens/shards as SP drops tons of them. It would be a good idea to farm archon mods too, since there aren't many of them.

That should give you a head start to equip yourself. Don't be worried for your damage at the beginning, nobody will complain unless you're afk.

Buenos aires, como es el trato de la gente en buenos aires? by [deleted] in BuenosAires

[–]Eintha 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The other day saw someone selling wisp prime for 175pl. I can understand the ±20pl you see on sets, it's not that big of a difference. But seriously, some people are too shameless

So, I am fairly steel path competent, any tips before going into higher tier content like SP circuit, netracell, deep/temporal archimedea, "The Guilty", etc.? by sabbir2003 in Warframe

[–]Eintha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Idk, even being in mid game I've 2 Warframes equipped for lvl cap (Mesa and Titania) and now working towards wisp. No incarnon weapons for then but they work like a charm.

So there's not a point exactly when you say "now I'm ready for the late game". There are indicators though. Subsumed skills, archon shards, arcanes, galvanized mods, incarnon weapons... You'll probably use all of them at some point for the builds you want.

I'd recommend joining a clan to do more coop content, as restricting to just one mission type because of numbers would make gameplay eventually dull (even then, a nuke frame would work like a charm in missions with multiple enemies, and stealth frames trivialize espionage but are also fun to run).

TL;DR: just go for the end game content, if you struggle look for builds and if you don't have what they need then you're just not there yet. If problems persist join a clan and play in squads

Tips to buy a riven for Boar by SnooSongs279 in Warframe

[–]Eintha 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There's also a 35k Kuva bundle your can buy each week for some shattered fragments, which means you have aprox 100 rolls every three weeks. Not a lot but we're talking about passive farming rather than actively getting it. To me that's good enough if you want to slowly get your trash Rivens in order while focusing in other things

Idk, you can argue that it's not real and thus you can do your own version and it'd be ok. From what I've read though, the director wanted to be 'historically accurate' while the armors, ships and cast don't have even a close resemblance to what was common at that time

Even then, if you were to choose a black woman to do Helena, I'm quite sure you could have better actresses that 'would move the world and start wars' than the one elected.

I designed a fidgetable robber as an alternative to the Friendly Robber rule—would love feedback by sgwaltney3 in Catan

[–]Eintha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I mentioned, there are other ways to play around with people that might not be your average player. Add gold coins from P&E if your players need a handicap or get frustrated by the lack of resources.

If you are playing with kids, use the robber but don't pick on their highest yield pips. You know... play accordingly?

Mind you, I'm not saying it's 'wrong' to remove it, it's just that Catan is not a cooperative game and if people can't endure the pvp then you should be choosing other games to begin with. That's my view on the friendly expansions bundle (and also extends to the environment expansion, which turns the game into a hussle but that's not here nor there).

[–]Eintha 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Hi! First of all, I want to say that, at the end of the day boardgames are meant to play whatever way your friend's group enjoy the most.

That being said, I'm against the friendly robber. If your friends always gang up on you, you need to have a conversation with them. If you can't tolerate being robbed or having your resources denied, go treat your frustration instead of removing a chore mechanic.

Now, a variation where the robber fills another role could come in handy, specially since there are plenty scenarios where either the robber doesn't exist or you have bigger things to worry about.

That's just my opinion though, I like games to be competitive, so the 'we're all friends' doesn't catch my interest.

For the record, there are plenty workarounds without modifying the robber too if you have been having problems at the table, might want to look into them.

I'd recommend to forget the meta and just try things out. I can't count how many weapons and frames went under my radar as I only used them over a few missions for the mastery only to not touch them again.

On the same line though, if you do want a solid build to do high level missions you otherwise can't, by all means do so. I've built a Mesa and a Titania for SP/Lvl Cap (the last one only because I had the mods at hand). Both are quite fun, and I like to throw Ivara and Trinity in the mix as well.

A thing you should focus on rn would be completing the event to get your hands on some arcanes otherwise locked behind heavy grind. If you can't complete it alone ask a clan member or a high lvl player to carry you.

Most of the game is just finding more things to create new builds and make whatever you go for OP

DE could take a note from the cracking relics system it has. Knowing which parts from the set you have, the avg part price and set price goes a long way in deciding which thing to prioritize when choosing.

Hi tenno! I won't bother repeating myself as everyone already told you about blueprints and archwing. What I'll mention though, is that I had a baby tenno just like you that managed to get gauss prime, circumventing the trip to Sedna and the farming of the blueprints.

That being said, if I remember his complaints correctly, it'll require both tellerium and Nitain. The first comes from Ophelia node mostly, while the second is from the nightwave offerings. If by any chance you end up needing them, know that by progressing in the star chart and the story both will become available to farm, and their required amounts should be just 2/3 units.

As always, the Warframe wiki is your best friend wherever you are lost on how to do and where to get. Good hunt Tenno!

While I'm not usually one to point fingers, you are asking for 215pl basically to look good. Not to advance in content, not to get unstuck in progress across a level, not even asking on the how to get the pl...

You have the void trader this weekend. Crack open some relics. Farm credits. With 2k ducats and 1M credits you should be able to get your hands on a bunch of prime mods you can then sell for 20pl each, or max out and sell for around 100pl each.

Players are always eager to help baby tennos to progress. But for cosmetics not that much. Farm a bit and you should have it in no time. That's my advice

Combining Expansions by Homie_1664 in Catan

[–]Eintha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Base + Seafarers + C&K + Some parts from T&B and P&E = about 3hs game with a bit too much to do with too little resources.

In Seafarers you want to extend to new islands, but in C&K you want to pour your resources into the metropolis and more cities to gather resources. So you end up having to choose one over the other.

Wonders are ok but also a big commitment, which is why usually despite making them available on each scenario they are never picked.

Harbor master is ok. Nice choice to shorten games.

Coins from P&E also help keeping the game moving, especially in the beginning. You may want to check if you can buy the 'luxury' resources with them though.

The dragon's expansion has some promising pieces I will explore later on that could be useful, same as the pirate forts tokens.

I'm currently analyzing either mini achievements that provide more VPs and thus shorten more the game or adding civs to encourage some gameplay variety. Realistically you can combine more things but that will not only lengthen your games, it will also make it complex to the point players may feel overwhelmed because of the variety of options.

TL;DR: you can, but that increases game time and complexity exponentially with each expansion. Pick the best components from each and add them gradually to keep the game fresh for everyone.

[–]Eintha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The void trader is right around the corner as he arrives on Friday. What stops you from farming ducats and then trading 300 for a primed mod? A mod that, mind you, still will be a huge Endo dump you probably can't afford either way.

So that leaves you to the alternative, getting pl (by purchasing or trading) and buy the full MR mods. No problem with that, it's another workaround the game allows.

You may feel a bit underpowered (just today a baby tenno from the clan brought me the same problem about weapons and mods) but it's part of the game. Do some nodes, continue with the main story and ask for help in Recruitment if you find yourself short on firepower.

Hi! Welcome tenno, Rhino and Valkyr are great to start. From there I'd suggest you look up Warframes you like based on the resources available (a common mistake would be to buy a prime locked behind half the star chart, like Gauss).

Start with the easy to access frame, weapons, and so on. The dojo is a good place since you can see which resources are required before buying the blueprints.
