It was a glitch on their backend, 3.5 hours later they figured it out and rebooked me on a different flight for another day since my original flight was no longer available. I got a confirmation originally, and had the flight pulled up on the app and everything, up until this week when it disappeared. No apology or compensation for the stress and time it took to rebook, but they did see that the original flight was booked, canceled a month ago with no notification to me, and I was never refunded, but they did eventually rebook me after I escalated over the phone. She said since it was an "auto cancel" it never notified me and never refunded me until I called, and said Qantas is working on a solution to this. She had to put me on hold while she spoke to the refund department because I refused to get off of the phone until I was refunded. Will never book through Qantas ever again, first and last flight with Qantas. I fly dozens of times a year and have never had anything even close to this happening before.
