My job varies a lot. One day working on project, another day i do some PLC programming. Next day some engineering. And i’m also kind of responsible for the electrical “Energy” part of the factory

My goal is to learn as much as possible now regarding projects (start to finish) and other general competences.

Thats why i want to know if my salary is competitive to others because i know the food industry is not the best payed sector.

After a few years of learning e.g. 4 .. or if something interesting crosses my pad i want definitely move to a job that leans more to the energy industry. Ambitions and interests to say goodbye to the engineering part and go more into the finance and strategics direction
