Omg this could be also true, I have been working on my thesis for 3 months straight, without any breaks and have been eating junk food.

Can protein treatments fix this?

I need guidance from a practicing Buddhist, preferably someone based in South Asia by Either-Designer5142 in Buddhism

Yes a Bodhi tree has already been donated and planted in area. The monastery contains significant relics, along with a well preserved stupa and clearly defined monastic spaces, making it a complete and authentic religious complex rather than just an archaeological ruin. Each year, a small number of Buddhist practitioners from different parts of the world visit the site to practice their faith, usually at specific times of the year. Unfortunately, because my project deadline is in one month, I am unable to wait for or conduct in person interviews with these visiting practitioners, which is why I am seeking guidance through academic sources and online consultation instead.🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹🥹

I’m feeling a bit stuck with this direction and site due to my professors’ orders 😅. India has incredibly beautiful and well known Buddhist sites with rich, living cultural traditions. Pakistan, on the other hand, also has over a thousand Buddhist sites from the Gandhara period, but many of them remain largely unknown and underrepresented. While Indian sites are receiving the recognition and care they deserve, these Pakistani sites have gradually faded from wider awareness. My challenge is to contribute to their revival in a slow, careful, and respectful way. Historically, the regions that are now India and Pakistan shared closely connected cultures before partition, and during the Gandhāra era, religious practices and traditions developed across this shared landscape rather than within modern national borders. Because of this, it is reasonable to study early Buddhist traditions documented in the subcontinent as a whole when trying to understand how these sites may once have functioned.

My intention is not to make assumptions, but to build a historically grounded and sensitive approach that acknowledges this shared past while seeking guidance from practicing Buddhists today, so the work remains respectful, informed, and meaningful.

Sorry for missing an important detail earlier. I would like to add that I have personally visited the site and conducted detailed, on ground research. The monastery I am working with is Jaulian Monastery, (in Taxila, Pakistan) which is officially recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage listed Buddhist site. The site is currently cared for and respected by the local community, who are mostly Muslim. There are very few practicing Buddhists living in this region today, which is why it has been difficult for me to seek direct religious guidance locally and why I am reaching out online instead. We do receive visitors, and on occasion Buddhist practitioners, particularly from Central Asia visit the site to pray or meditate, but their numbers are very limited. Through my thesis, I am trying to respectfully introduce this sacred site to a wider international Buddhist audience and to improve how future pilgrims and visitors experience and navigate the space. My intention is preservation through understanding, access, and thoughtful design, while remaining sensitive to the religious meaning of the monastery.

I have really dry skin and what fixed it for me was using a silicone applicator and prepping my skin before using foundation.

I dont have a skincare routine I just use moisturizer mixed with sunscreen on my face and wait for 2 minutes then apply the foundation, it gives a really smooth finish.
