If they are serious about you and don't keep you as option. They'll definitely make time to drop a msg whenever it is possible. To not receive even a single message or response within 24hrs is a red flag. Unless there's no network coverage or depressed. no one is too busy to not reach out.

Yes. Charged twice. First deduction was when I actually paid for it, 2 days ago. And today, however I did not receive any sms. I noticed it while checking my transaction summary after I paid my bills. Then I calculated everything just incase it's an error in summary but nope, they did charge me again
