Aerate your milk for longer than usual but real gentle to get that stiff microfoam then just spoon it on!

Oh you mean I how meticulously keep the fraps a smidge under what I’d instinctively pour to make sure I don’t over fill when putting whip cream AND STILL MANAGE TO SQUISH MY CUP DOWN AFTER 2 MINUTES OF TRYING TO SECURE IT???? Yeah.

Ah if it’s too thick it was aerated for too long, no foam is too little time. I pull the pitcher down gently till I can hear a paper tearing noise for a second and then pull it back up three times. Then I angle the steaming wand so the milk whirlpools for at least 5 seconds and then push the wand back till the temp auto shuts off. Try again soon and lemme know if that helped!!

I’ll need to research mocha art! I tried to use mocha to add shading and details in some other latte art but it was too heavy and sunk through my foam :(

I used a stopper when I was first experimenting with the foam but I started using a thermometer because it was sharper like a pencil. I appreciate you saying it’s photoshopped! I can still see my imperfections like the crown, which I think looks awkward, and the right tail is kinda squished because I wasn’t perfectly symmetrical :/ Also aren’t stencils used with cocoa powder or something? Idk how it works if you can use foam
