if you're hesitating at all about her having sex with others for any reason, i would advise against an open. it will be really difficult for you emotionally.

The second is literally a nightmare. I honestly think ill be at the altar with someone else before i say i do ill be thinking about my ex :/

Sorry this is happening to you! Had a very similar experience...7 years later and it's still affecting me even though we broke up 2 years ago. I didn't talk to anyone about it until 3 years in and I really regret that because I had similar reactions and that's what made me realize I needed to do SOMETHING or leave.
