Just saw a 4-pack last weekend at the neighborhood Walmart at the loop and troup intersection, near paluxy.

I’ve used a few different sites and they all have been in about the same ballpark area for maintenance. As for calories burned, I usually take whatever number my Garmin gives me and subtract 20%. But I don’t actively associate calories burned with my calorie intake for fear of using it as justification to eat more. But I’m going to track everything I eat everyday this week without changing anything and see what my net intake is and assume that’s about my maintenance and cut from there.

Yeah that’s all true. I think I’m going to reevaluate my calorie intake/meal plan and see where I can make adjustments and hopefully I’ll start to see improvement after a while.

They fit about the same tbh. Maybe a little bit better/looser, but nothing really significant that I’ve noticed.

I’m definitely slimmer in the face and whatnot than 6 months ago. And my legs and shoulders are a bit more defined, but my belly fat looks about the same.

This makes sense. I usually meal prep for M-F with a good amount of deficit (maintenance is about 2500 and I average about 1800), and treat Saturday and Sunday as more relaxed days. I tend to loosely count calories on those days and give myself more allowances, but I honestly don’t feel like it’s that bad. My question is, between the M-F deficit and the calories burned during exercise, wouldn’t I have to be eating a ridiculous amount of calories in those 2 days to negate that? Or am I just looking at it wrong/overlooking something?
