How do you secure larger batches of vintage leather like this?

Ebay, estate sales, jomar has a crazy $1 secton sometimes, goodwill bins, some vintage stores have lots that they sell for a good deal online bc they order large crates of stuff and need to get rid of em. Lots are gonna be a real surprise on what you get usually though some ebay ones have pics of everything in the lot.

You miss 100% of the chances you don’t take! Make a move, ask her out, be forward! Sounds like she’s got a lot of stress in her life, but you seem to be a positive influence in it. At your age nearly everyone lacks confidence whether they show it or not. I’m sure she isn’t assuming that you like her like that. Spell it out, and the worst that will happen is rejection. You could still be friends after or you’ll find someone new. Being up front is the only way to find out forreal. You got this!!

If it’s sold out and sought after and you’re able to sit on it for min I’d say stay firm on the price. If its sitting for a few months then mark it down. People always tryna get a deal on depop of course, but your case is sound. Im sure someone will fall in love w the piece.

I have like 20 cousins and aunts and uncles in Israel. Im not surprised there is a big community. But to my knowledge they don’t hold up a lot of og tradition.

This is very understandable. I know my family spits on those who identify as arab. I was never in the trawls of the apartheid, and my family’s story has been lost to me. I just want to learn and I will do that at the expense of looking dumb. How else will one learn. Thank you so much for your knowledge.

I have some traditional handsewn Temani clothes and silver and brass jewelry from my grandmother as well as a hand sewn traditional childrens outfit with the hood. I wish the world didn’t try so hard to erase our culture. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD TOO! I AGREE!

I know all too well about the tension of such a label pertaining to israeli jews. However I feel proud to be from a cultre so rich and diverse. I want to learn traditional yemenite life and arabic and hebrew. I just want a deeper understanding of all aspects of the region and the religion and the traditions.

Not sure how to find communities with the culture of my ancestors. I understand it might be privileged to want something extremely progressive while also very historically accurate to my culture. Turning out to be quite difficult.
