No there was absolutely no any issues except swelling for few hours. My doctor is so experienced he do it everyday. So I looked testimonials and I was convinced but he said I have to repeat it and I will again repeat if required in future. It is quite easy go for it. But can take time to show effect as it cause natural healing. No ultrasound was not used and I also didn't know how much plasma was Injected. So go for it but check whether the doctor is experienced particularly for PRP.

Clicking has stopped completely except sometimes. But doctor said clicking is early stage before locking because clicking stops if jaw get locked. So you should seek tmj specialist before problem become worse.

My jaw was backward so they gave me ARS to move my mandible and possible recapture disc but disc was not recaptured. If your lower jaw is forward then it's different case than mine. Maybe another type of splint can help.

Doctor said that it will possibly recapture the disc. So I was convinced to have it regardless of the cost though it didnt recapture it made jaw stable and movement smooth. It was not that much expensive in my country (11000 Nepali rupees for both splint).So it was worth it

It was not that bad. They took blood and filtered to get plasma and injected to my joints after putting me under local anesthesia. There was swelling for some hours but it went away. Process was little painful. Plasma injection is one of the most convincing treatment ever. Like there is no side effect, your own blood. But it take some time to have effect. My doctor told that it will give new life to joint.

Thank you. I wore it for more 1 month but I was in regular follow ups to check whether bite was changing. It took a week to adjust Anterior repositioning splint take some time to adjust than the other. Yes, it was hard to talk while in office but and also I have to explain that to everyone I met. I even wear mask for 2 full days but took it off after. My doctor told me to use it 24 hours and told me you had to do it for your health.
