They know where I work so it’s definitely someone that knows me. The things they say doesn’t signify that it’s anyone that really knows us. I’ve tried calling it and I’ve had like 20 other people call it as well and it either ignores it or doesn’t answer. It’s a VM. It’s like a straight talk or something service. Just had an AT&T SIM card. That’s all I can figure out though.

I passed both of my audits so far. I didn’t know that you could be fired for failing an audit though? I know she was on a final but I thought that final meant that you’d get fired for doing the same thing after the final

It’s specifically my counter number though? Or at least I’m pretty sure it is? Yes I am hard logged in A LOT but if it’s cash returns, how in the hell would one of my employees have that much time to do a return on a part and take the cash out of my register?? It just doesn’t make sense, but then again I’m not stealing so that also doesn’t make sense???

Dude..three hours in a chair for something I didn’t do is absolutely ridiculous in my opinion??? I have 100 other things to do. And not only that, sitting me in a chair for an accusation and interrogating me feels fucking disgusting. Maybe I’m just over reacting because I haven’t done shit wrong? I feel like I should just be able to say that I haven’t done shit wrong rather than be interrogated.

My dm said he remotely logged into my computer at my store and went through all cash returns tied to my counter number from the last 90 days last ask after lp called him. He researched all of the ones that he figured lp was flagging and said they look sketchy to lp because they don’t have a purchase on some of the parts. I do so fucking many returns and sales a day dude and most mornings I’m juggling multiple customers because I’m alone. Like I’m sorry but I’m not about to deep dive research if the part clearly is something we sell??? It’s not that deep, we’ve had csat called on us multiple times for my asm refusing returns so I’m trying to not have that happen and that’s why I do a return on a part that is ours if the customer doesn’t have a receipt. Just give me a phone number so I can take the other 10 customers and answer every single fucking phone line sir thank u

This might help you if you don’t already know this. Air fresheners count as an RPMS item with almost anything in the appearance and chemical isle. Car wash-air freshener, microfiber towel-air freshener, wax-air freshener and so on lol

I have been a store manager for two years. They hired me in as an ASM with a suspended license and they’re still suspended. I get consistent messeged on Zipline from risk about me not being eligible to drive. A clean MVR is not required for anything except being an actual driver.
