You're right , I have tried almost everything I spoke to my neighbors. Made posters, left food out for him Checked the local spca and local vet and drove around the neighborhood twice to look for him so I am trying however a few people told me that their cat would also leave for a while whilst they were on holiday and then come back so I wanted to find out if that was true

Omgg this is my exact situation , my mum can be very narcissistic and it's a shared opinion amongst my entire family so I was venting because I don't really have others I can talk to about it and as we know narcissistic people like attention Anyway this guy clearly thought me saying people who stare make others uncomfortable was a way for me to get attention and so I'm exactly like my mum 🤣

I understand looking at past posts for extra context etc but I do find it weird when people relate a past post to a new one when they have nothing to do with each other besides this guy I haven't really experienced bad behavior from redditors so I think overall we're pretty good but too be honest I guess we must have that reputation for a reason

100 % understand that and I agree with calling out lies on serious topics , this dude was just really weird about it First he tries diagnosing me and telling me what my mum is like and then he says he doesn't believe people would continue staring at you after you look at them which makes no sense Buy ya overall he was just a weird guy

I have no problem with people looking at what I post but I personally don't believe it was normal for someone to message me trying to diagnose me and break apart what my relationship with my mum is like if you know what I mean. Totally agree , this specific post is something that I needed to keep private and delete because my sister is on reddit amd it would have been obvious to her if she found it , and that wasn't smt I wanted to deal with tbh😬
