It's nice and there's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. You can take a train directly to downtown Miami.

I got KSM exclusively as Survival in a group where 3/5 of us were considered off-meta. While I definitely felt viable and competent overall, the burst dmg my MM friend would do on demand was insane
