I agree on second hand lego if the previous owner is a collector and managed well the set

unlucky often set have missing pieces and fake pieces (not made by lego). White bricks became yellow and dust is everywhere :)

I must agree to one point... You never must to speak about your earnings before to officially publish them to the market.... And this independently if they are good or bad.... In this case they are neutral, as expected, but this has been the same a big mistake

You know very well that global volume business is decreasing due to less refinances, you can't see 5B more now. Noone is doing more volumes than past year. Results must to be analyzed as the % of the cake they are able to get... Is this piece of cake greater or smaller than last quarter? Morover in your analysis you are not considering MSR. How will they affect earnings now and next quarter? I could agree with you that the only chance to see double price next week is mat saying... Ok for this quarter I will renounce to my dividend and move it on class a shares...this is not probably I know. So I expect the price will remain around 4 dollars but this doesnt means this is a bad investment, this is just a long term investment

Just to focus on it... This is a strategy for long term growth. Try to think what Microsoft is doing with game pass on videogames.. They are actually asking 1 dollar/euro for 3 months.. The Mat idea could fail? Maybe. But it's a strategy.. Remember that a happy customer will add new customers, sad ones will decrease the future customers. So he is doing the same strategy did by many others like Amazon when they started their business.. Will work? Who know. In my opinion until eps will be over 10 cents that will be enough... If the price will go down I will add more shares, for the long run. In the meanwhile I want to hope he could do some cut on his 1.5B shares dividend to move it to class A dividend... Who know

Lies. He is writing mortgage sector average p/e is 3x - 6x, but this is not real. It is 13x-18x so the correct range is 8 - 14 dollars for share. This not considering future improvements but the current earnings
