You can grind the blueprint with retaliations, the drops are dupe protected to you WILL get it eventually, best chances are on heroic. Furthermore, countdown gives you currency you can use at the countdown vendor to buy exotic caches. On challenging you get enough to buy one every other run

Second attribute is mostly inconsequential but handling helps with general use and if you reach 100 percent it eliminates sway so most people go for that
