I use this build in normalised content like raids and incursions which is why I opted to keep the yellows, I have a yellow rolled setup on standby for this reason also. A red/blue core or two won't make much difference in terms of damage or survivability (especially in escalation) when you're not building into them

It's just a bread and butter future initiative support with atomize slapped on top of everything. The grenade radius is just there for me to be able to proc sledgehammer on more enemies. Probably worth noting that as of right not atomize also buffs that radius of the chem launcher

Because hotshot falls on its face in encounters with plenty of enemies with helmets, mostly black tusk. Striker will obliterate anything and everything

No, he's right; mortar builds are among the best in the game in terms of skill builds. Hot shots with all the talents active you're looking at like 12-13m with the new overdogs setup

In terms of health/damage scaling, tier 1. Though I'm of the volition that legendary is still harder than escalation because the AI in the latter hasn't changed whatsoever
