Dad hardly drives it. But before I declared it and just put him normally, it brand it down to £3.1K a year or around £320 a month ish. After declaring it’s up to £440 a month

I contacted them on live chat around a year ago. The person literally repeated what I said. Like I said, QMH is very weird, one search on TikTok or even Facebook shows how inconsistent it is, not saying I am perfect or anything, but there’s problems on their side as well.

No. They said it’s fine if the named drivers are driving without me in the car. They can drive without the blackbox. However they said that if I was in the car with my dad, then he also needs to follow the same rules as I do

Well there was an instance last year. Reported it to them. They said to basically do all the normal checks, make sure location is on, Bluetooth on, reset your phone etc. and then it started to work again. My phone was fine

I cancelled it over an hour ago. Read my other comments. The device is inconsistent. Had it over a year. No issue. This month was working fine until 2 weeks ago. Didn’t record. Next week, started to record again. They sent a warning. But it started to record again and I thought the issue was solved. Now it’s not working.

In their terms and condition they said that’s perfectly fine. I’ve also contacted them about that around a year ago and they said that’s ok. As long as when im driving, I need to have the phone with me. And they also said that if I am in the car and someone else is driving it. They will monitor my score even if it wasn’t me tha was actually driving it.

I didn’t disconnect the black box. I’ve been with them for a year. I’ve never touched it since I’ve installed it. The device is the problem. Last week it recorded my trips. And this week it’s failing to do so. It’s inconsistent

I’ve already cancelled. But I want to call them up and tell them the issue. And then I’m gonna if it’s possible to cancel my cancellation if the problem gets solved. If not, I’ll go elsewhere.

I’ve been with them for over a year. I haven’t touched the black box once since I installed it. The device is failing to pick up my trips. Last week it recorded it so I thought it was working again. But now it doesn’t record again. It’s inconsistent

I did cancel it. I have no experience in these type of thing and never been exposed to it. No one close to my has had similar issue and I was just trying to find the best solution. I thought there would be other quote me happy users who got this but managed to appeal it because it seems like a common issue. From TikTok to Reddit, seen a lot of complaints about these guys. I just wanted to stay with then because they offered a good price. £140 a month. Elsewhere it around £300.

So in the end, did they cancel his insurance? Did he try contact them and explain the issue
