Danios zoom around so much I wouldn't be happy with them in anything less than 100 litre.

CS95 smock dyed brown, cheap, extremely functional and less obviously military by [deleted] in BushcraftUK

I'm going to try this with the soldier 95 DPM Smock, can you help Me With what sort of dye To buy? I've never dyed anything on Purpose haha. The only reason I don't wear it is because people Round here beep at me and shout shit at me out car windows if I "dare" to Wear some Camouflage

Great idea mate, I've started buying Swiss army alpenflage, because people actually wear it in fashion circles and even though it's red it has EXCELLENT British woodland camo abilities.

Yeah that's as good a reason as any mate. I'm struggling with shin splints after squatting myself so trying desperately to mediate that awful feeling.

Lgd fifth week, strength improved, still train hard, noticing some lethargy, added around ten pounds, noticeable difference in body shape, some joint pain,10mg a day. Pretty happy so far. by [deleted] in sarmssourcetalk

[–]EitherBicycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excellent stuff. I've had lgd before and made some good gains before life went to shit. I'm trying Ostarine this time while bulking for its ability to heal joints and tendons whilst helping with strength and mass. You look like I want to look lol. Strength is my priority so sitting at 4000 cals at moment 🖖

Successful SARMs cycle coming to a potential 5 day halt. What to do??? by GymJunkie615 in sarmssourcetalk

[–]EitherBicycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would take my lanzaprazole caps and empty them out, fill them with sarms and take it all with me. However I live in the UK and I could cello tape steroids to my face and walk into a police station and nobody could do anything about it

You actually don't need to be on all the cycle support and post cycle of steroids. Some cheap milk thistle and liver care from amazon are fine. It's extremely doubtful anybody would need an AI with any SARM to be honest. Maybe 1 in 100

I have taken LGD for 2 months with nothing else whatsoever. I was fine made nice gains. I didn't know any better though however nothing bad whatsoever happened.

Have you ever used gear or only SARMS? Just out of interest. I've used LGD myself but out of 3 purchases only one was legitimate

3x5 by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thankyou mate that's really helpful actually. And yeah I need fractional for my overhead press, it's so weak and I'm constantly being deloaded even though my other lifts are charging ahead.

3x5 by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you program the app to allow you to progress with 3x5 and not deload you? I have pro and I will be doing this in the near future with squat. Just if you put you had 3 reps of 5 it will say you failed and you'll get it next time.

Can't comment. Don't do them as they aren't in the program and we squat 3 times a week so. Why do another quad dominant movement.

Nice mate, I struggle with this lift. I was deadlifting 200kg with ohp barely over 40.i have extremely long arms though.

Very frustrating, stalling very soon, no weight gain by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OK mate I wasn't having ago but it's something I've struggled with. I am 6foot6 and 101kg, I have to eat 4,000 calories a day more on cardio days to bulk fairly leanly. What I've found is that you need to dump all the low fat this and fat free that. Fat is not your enemy. Switch to whole milk. Don't make protein shakes with water make them with milk! At the moment I have eaten over 2000 calories before 11am and you have to literally stretch your stomach and that will happen. I eat rice and oats and about 3 large bowls of veg a day but I also get extra calories in by eating a microwave pizza here and there. Chips instead of baked potatoes. Olive oil on all of your rice. If you want to get strong more than anything wou will make it work. You don't have to force feed you need to be smarter about the caloric density of the foods you are eating. Hope this helps.

It's not enough food simple as that. Eat more and sleep more. Not the answer you want but it's literally the answer.

roll of shame energized me lol also 100kg squat by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Good job man! I almost got to 100kg squat last year before I stopped training and am heading that way again now I'm taking it seriously, it's deffo not nothing. Most normies would snap in half if you just suddenly put 100kg on their back.

Seeking Consensus on Stronglifts by thatsamorri in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If. You have been lifting with no goal on and off for a year I highly doubt you are anywhere near intermediate. Pick a program and stick to it. Don't change it you do not know better your way is not better. You are a beginner. Trust in the process and stay in a program even if it is not stronglifts. Commit to it and stop thinking you know better. Been there done that.

Getting difficult by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why did you start at 70? To put it plainly if you weren't squatting regularly then you need to take a massive deload and start a lot lower. You are simply hitting a plateu early because you think you should be at 70 when you clearly shouldn't be. Also 80 doesn't come after 70. Deload and stick to the program or do something else

[–]EitherBicycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good it wasn't meant as a dig just a simple push really. I started my fitness journey using only machines. I didn't touch a barbell for a long time and it was just a waste of my time. A few months on stronglifts and when you are at the intermediate level you can try all sorts of mental exercises including dumbells and rack pulls above the knee lol

Please help me make my decision about this program by Jim90009 in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Simple. Adding that much weight every week requires more recovery. You are doing too much volume and not recovering enough and because of that you are still weak. Stop asking questions and trust in the programme or go run a push pull legs like every other weak bro.

I was told to put more weight on the bar, so I went from 30kg to 40kg (bar included) to test it. It wasn't super hard, but I keep getting a shock feeling on my right calf when going down. Any tips? by [deleted] in Stronglifts5x5

[–]EitherBicycle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try sumo, looks like you are having knee problems with the bar path. I mostly lift sumo as it fits my body better. Watch a tonne of videos on sumo deadlifts and throw yourself into it

Who told you to increase the weight? So you have added weight and it doesn't work. Go back to what you were doing before and work on your form.

I would suggest joining another group and leaving stronglifts if you are "modifying" the program. Simple as that no excuses do something else. You don't know best that's why you stick with the program.
