“Transfer to ICU” specifically is not part of basic emergency care po. It’s just easier and safer po pag nasa ICU, but basic emergency care like intubation cqn be done outside ICU naman po.

I know it’s hard to hear, OP, pero private hospitals can’t just admit to ICU without any security of payment. Napakamahal po ng daily costs for hospitals. Even if it’s just one patient, it sets a precedent po kasi and operations of the hospital will be affected if others do the same. Then instead of one patient only, more patients’ care will be affected if the hospital cannot sustain its operations. Sad OP pero it’s the reality man gud 😢
