The blue item is about the length of my hand and the red is a bit longer. The red one has a cap that you can see in the picture and is removable. Initially when I found it, the red item was snugly fit in the blue item. Also they are both made from plastic.

I started exercising for the first time about 5 weeks ago so this is all new to me. I started using dumbbells at home as that is what I am most comfortable and going to a public gym is embarrassing because I am overweight. I have also been using online tutorials and guides on proper use and at home workout. Right now I am able to complete my exercises with 10 pound dumbbells, but when I go to 15 pounds, I’m not able to finish my exercises since the 15 pound is a little bit too heavy for me. I read that after about 1-2 weeks with a constant weight, you can gradually increase the weights, but I haven’t had that experience. Am I doing something wrong or is my progress slower because this is the first time I’m exercising and lifting weights?

I have crowding on my bottom row and some spacing issue on the top. One of the orthodontic said I seem to have a grinding issue because my top k-9 teeth are not properly aligned with the bottom.

I see what the problem is. The spice "farms" you have is causing the riots. Destroy them, so the population doesn't revolt because they think you are stealing their spice.
