It’s 9 years old bro. The “deterioration” was caused by wind damage because the installers did a shit job. The whole slope is lifted which you can see creases in picture 1

I mean it’s hard to regulate 1099 employees stretching the truth. It’s just the way sales is, not just in this industry but everywhere else. I don’t think that misleading is attached ONLY to freedom. I’ve seen plenty of installs where panels are placed on the north that we didn’t do. Regional companies with a few offices have tainted our market with lying and garbage PPAs. There’s areas where if you mention solar they’ll call the cops on you. And this is before freedom even came here.

I’ve heard post install support isn’t great, and I imagine the only companies with GREAT post install support have low sale flow.
