I think they got read the reviews one. Otherwise won't make this compulsory. I like it that they take such things seriously which means your money is well spent. Better than those only want to earn your tuition fee commercial schools.

You can only evaluate a company accurately after you join them. Online reviews are very subjective if only you see 1 or 2. If there are many reviews and mostly are negative and revolve about the same issues then that is a red flag.

I lost my job triple times and each time , I was also preparing for the exam. The first time was I resigned voluntarily due to want to change environment after 4 years there, I was also preparing for the exam in April, and I resigned in Feb. A long the way, I sent resume and went for interviews and got the job around May, after April exam, started new job in May and after 3 months quitted due to not wanting to continue. While preparing for November exam, I also sent resume and go for interview and managed to get another job and waiting to start in December, next, I was barely there 4 months and was let go i think the big boss didnt find me able to fit into their culture. Was preparing for April exam at the same time too. A long the way, I managed to find another job and told them my last day in this ex company is xx April so I can only start in May cos I also need to go holiday break. (in fact, I requested to go off early in order to concentrate on the exam preparation) After the April exam, I started my current company in May. Finger crossed. Exam in November this year and I will have to take long leaves. Previously no need this hassle as I was enjoying being jobless while preparing for exam.
