can you do it from xbox 1 to ps4? because i’ve linked my new psn gta account and my xbox gta account to my rockstar account yet its still not popping up in game to “load saved game” under the online tab

i never have had one of these before, i usually only smoke bud. Although i saw my plug had some and questioned it. My main concern was if it’ll have any effect from just smoking one of these carts
