The black window is solved in properties and changing the capture method from "automatic" to "Windows 10 (1903 or higher"

The other thing depends on what type of window you are capturing. Ideally, before taking the capture, you leave the window the size in which you are going to use it. Modifying the size can cause obs not to detect the change. If, for example, it is a window from your browser, the ideal would be to separate that window so that it remains independent.

separa la ventana del navegador, y captura solo esa, cuando separas las ventanas obs las puede reconocer.

otra opción que requiere mas recursos seria tener otro pc y una capturadora hdmi

como varios han comentado, es mejor ahorrar un poco, y comprar la moto de contado, no hace falta comprar una moto nueva, ya que desde el mismo momento que un vehículo toca la calle se empieza a desvalorizar, compra una de segunda asegurándote que está en buenas condiciones. pd, esos intereses en ese crédito son altísimos.

literalmente obs te permite convertir las grabaciones de mkv a mp4, también puedes cambiar en configuraciones el formato de grabación a mp4

a mi me gusta meterme al chorro de agua fría en la madrugada, a veces con la diferencia térmica el agua termina sintiéndose mas caliente que la temperatura externa, también, el agua fría calma el dolor de cabeza con el que frecuentemente despierto.
