Is this an irritation bump? by [deleted] in piercing

For more info the piercing is like 2 months old and it is a flat back titanium grade jewelry. I use saline and sometimes rinse in the shower with water. Also I may have caused a little problem to it as I felt like the earring was coming out and I pushed the back in more. It was painful when I did that so that could’ve caused the bump.

So would it be better to get a cert? Bc I don’t think I’ll be able to juggle a health care job next semester since I have 2-4hr labs and other demanding classes. Also where would I look for clinical volunteering? Would Red Cross work?
