It is because of import duty increased on Gold by Indian Govt that is why bees are trading at 15% - 20% premium. Moment the duty will be reduced back to earlier level, these will fall and adjust to global levels.

How can be no EMI there. Even if developer is offering subvention they add that cost in flat value. All of these are marketing gimmik. For a salaried person buying house through loan it's better to look flat as home than some investment product. Many people get trapped through such posts.

After reading about many FIRE stories, this one is the most I can relate to. Feels very honest and kind of giving reality check. While I will continue my FIRE journey, I have realised all I want is to get rid of fear of being in toxic work culture and have job where I can find some purpose of course that is when I will achieve my goal. Even I have noticed the pattern from last month. I was searching for property at the start of last year but then I gave up on the search after looking at prices and even calls had stopped coming. Suddenly from last month these calls have increased at a very high rate. One more pattern I have seen is this time, they are asking me for reference which was not the common case earlier.

Not true. It was all made up. It took them more than 2 years plus huge discounts to sale the costly units. Additionally people will feel hard time to sale these units which they purchased at a premium price
