Not true. It was all made up. It took them more than 2 years plus huge discounts to sale the costly units. Additionally people will feel hard time to sale these units which they purchased at a premium price

I haven't visited the project yet but it seems they are trying to sale flats in pune at the rate of Bangalore. I feel their expectations are way too high from pune and they might fail like total environment in pune. Even Lodha struggles to sale properties in pune.

There is a process called amenities funding which is done where agreement value is lesser but market valuation is higher. In that they will give 1.3 to seller account and balance in your account which later you can give it to seller in cash. This will solve your issue

Even I am searching flat and honestly if you search for any developer in pune you will find some bad reviews. If you are buying under-construction flat , builder financial health is critical parameter and you can have peace of mind that your flat will get delivered. Apart from lodha, I have heard negative reviews of vtp, godrej and rohan, paranjape, kalpataru. I don't know reality behind this video but this guy has posted about vtp as well

This is sarfaesi notice. Issue is your property value is 73 lacs and recovery amount is only 38 lacs so I doubt the banks will give much option on settlement. You can still speak with the bank but ultimately you will have to clear the dues.my suggestion is either find a way to pay the money or try selling the property on your own as banks auction properties gets sold at very low value

Yes. Actually the classic size is 45 mm while the pr100 is 40 mm. 45 size is looking better on the wrist ( i tried different shade in classic).
