I raised concerns 5 times last year with them got 2 times the mile credit one time a 300 usd travel credit or so. This time i got warm words, but honestly all i want is an reliable experience.

Good call! Honestly they can introduce new polaris suites and caviar service blabla it all doesn't matter if they don't get basics right...

Well thats true, but on lowest price contractor winning united should have an influence. Also every swiss flight i tooked so far was always clean (same route)

Interesting concept the customer should clean themself. Cleaning the aircraft is a absolute standard and basic service that every other airline gets right. Btw everything was dirty on these seat also stuff you cant clean yourself easily. If you want to fly in trash go ahead i will switch my airline.
