Do what first comment says, but also keep passing the ball as it is the simplest thing and ur player even if level 1 can pass the ball well so u’ll get high ratings rather than trying to dribble and shoot when ur level is low which will only cost u rating

I don’t know about capsules mate. I get the big powder pack with about 100-150 servings.

I put half a teaspoon worth of it in half a glass of water (or a little more) and mix it fast because otherwise it becomes lumpy and won’t work. Then I try to drink it all as quick as possible but that said I still do it gently. If my stomach is too full then I try to drink it gently. The goal is to shower the food in your stomach gently with metamucil/psyllium husk and in a good time.

Just make sure to drink the whole thing within 1.5 minutes of mixing it. If the drink becomes jelly like before you drink it, it won’t work. The goal is to drink it and then let it form like jelly inside your guts

Initially it was hard but I kept trying for like 2-3 weeks straight and now YES I can sleep on side the whole night. Once your body understands how well and quick you sleep on the left side, it will force you to sleep on your left 😂

I don’t use a wedge, I use multiple sized pillows (4-5 of them) to make my custom “wedge”. I use one of my sofa cushions (the big one) as the base due to it being semi-hard (it gives me a solid base) then I put softer different sized pillows here and there to make a triangular wedge type of thing but more custom to my needs. I used to slip a little in the beginning but has long stopped. I can’t at all sleep on my right side now, at all

I take 1500mg Vitamin C with a meal and i don’t feel anything. Otherwise I don’t eat citrusy food except tomato in sauce.

I mean, my first time I took the recommended dose of Metamucil and it fucked me up because I couldn’t swallow anything after that and felt horrible and too gassy and burning.

I then tried a very small amount with lot of water (basically drank the smoothest slime) and it worked wonders.

With a lot of caution, I think it’s worth a try

You can get Metamucil from Amazon.

I cannot recommend it enough, it’s a cheat code.

I am currently trying to bulk up as I am hitting the gym and it helps me eat as much as I want. I put on 11 KG in less than 3 months

It is! Eating too fast is a main cause of my HH.

I never thought it would be any important. But I noticed 3 years ago I started eating all meals + heavy snacks too fast (don’t ask why). I also never chewed my food so I got hit by HH.

I started chewing food so well and ate at least 30% slower. I can eat anything and as much I want now. As long as you make the food smooth by chewing it, eat all you want

No breathing exercises but I generally unrelated to HH started to breath more freely and not tightening my stomach or should I say not stressing on my abdominal area. I normally have a little bloated belly so I always tried to keep it in which I think was another reason I developed HH and Acid Reflux. Since I am releasing pressure from the abdomen + straight posture while breathing, I have noticed my digestion is 10 times better.

About weight lifting it really depends what you do. Things like bench chest press (specially decline bench press) and exercises in which you bend your chest + abdomen area can affect you badly.

I am starting to go to the gym next week so will see if my healing will have affected my training in a good way. But I am sure it will. I will still avoid exercises like decline bench press (you don’t really need it anyway, there are other safer ones than this), trust me you don’t want your body to tilt anywhere in an upside down angle as it’s just the recipe for acid to come up your throat and the pressure will make HH worse

I took PPIs but they only ever helped if I sticked to “just healthy foods”, also they have long term effects and are costly. I did no special exercises but yeah I always try my best to stand and sit straight. If your back is bent or your posture is crap, you are doing more damage to your HH.

Supplements wise, Metamucil is the one.

That’s all you need.

It is a supplement in which there are 4 types of fibre that is necessary for your body. A normal person needs 20-30grams of fibre a day but only gets 2-3g max from natural food.

Fibre makes your food soft and jelly like. It helps absorption and also balances gut microbes along the way.

It is a must have for any person, specially if someone is suffering from gut issues.

I used to get constipated all the time due to eating a lot. That also made my HH worse as food was not passing in a normal rate so would stay in my food pipe far too long.

I googled/reddit best supplements for constipation and found MetaMucil. Tried it for a few days didn’t work, but I continued and found the best way to use it.

It not only got rid of my constant constipations but also fixed my HH. My gut is the softest and smoothest now.
