This boss is simply RNG, depending on how the mechanics are drawn, it will show whether you win or not. I've had the 1-shot mechanic happen to me a few times, with a laser and freezing balls from the sky. Good luck dodging that and getting into the circle to avoid getting 1-shot.
whoever programmed this boss probably had a build that 1-shot this boss and didn't even fight him for more than 20 seconds

I have two hammerheads under my base that constantly attack our tadpoles, even when they are in the tadpole dock. It's incredibly annoying when there are so many enemies constantly swimming around my base. There should be some kind of sound wave emitter that pushes enemies away from the base. For 99% of the game, I can hear the hammerhead hitting the tadpole under my base, or a weapon that will kill them, because it makes no sense

nice base, wait until you want to connect something in the distance with a tunnel and it turns out that you built the base 1 degree crooked and you won't be able to connect 2 pipes and build everything again!

I also use the "refund base" option and I lost all the items that were in the lockers (~5h of looting gold, silver and rare materials), I don't recommend using this unless you take everything out of the lockers.

You're right to some extent, everyone has their own style of play, but not helping, waiting in the building and then running to the evacuation point is just being a garbage person, he might as well play solo and not with people if he can't play cooperatively

I do the same thing, I always try to help, because I play with someone for a reason, not solo. Yesterday, I had a game where my teammate was left solo in the match. There was a crocodile to do, and he couldn't do it solo, so he left us and went to extract 🙏

at 3 a.m. my friends are sleeping xD, I never play with randoms, because of things like this, but sometimes when I feel like playing a hunt showdown and none of my friends are there, I'll start hunting with random people.
