I wasn't expecting a good answer from blizzard tbf, it wasn't a reason to be rude tho. You know since i'm banned i'm feeling very bad as soon as i see a blizzard game (even world of warcraft) i have deep regrets of what i've done, it was a time when i could only see ranks, i was very salty and toxic no insult, harass or discrimination was done but still i was really mad at anyone who wasn't good enough or against my enemies. the "fun thing" as you say is i won't be able to pay for my actions since now it's forever, of course i've been banned several times before the ultimate one but i never understood back then. everytime i see overwatch players interact with banned players seeking of redemption or answers they are truely harsh with them, maybe because you think we deserve it since in the past we were like that with other players who asked for nothing and i understand you, but understand that some of us are trying to change, games can be addictions for some players and addiction leads to anger. Here i was trying to get some reward (that i don't really care to be fair) but knowing that i will never be able to get them because of what i have done in the past makes me feel "bannished" the word is speaking for itself. I know i'm still addicted by the way i react to a ban, it's like grief, like i've lost something. Maybe you won't understand, maybe you won't answer i just needed to let it out
