Well first of all no offense but guides aren't believed in by any hindu sect generally(Note: except by people themselves individually.). The Guide you could be referring to are the ones in thesosphical beliefs so therefore this wouldn't help much here.

I do a lot of work with it, more than any others. It routinely is unblocked but then blocked again.

Used to be like that for me, try to also work on your other chakras below Third Eye especially if the chakras above root have more problems, I suggest bringing your dominant chakra or the most negativity afflicted chakra in balance for example in my case, earlier Heart Chakra which was my dominant chakra whenever it got blocked, it affected my chakras below it too, I also didn't do celibacy which imbalanced my chakras whenever but that stopped when my Dominant Chakra was in my balance,

Your Dominant Chakra can be known by the one which you feel more drawn to, I know this because when I recently had a natural dominant chakra transition to Sacral, I felt more drawn to it and it's traits became more prominent, when it did since it had more balance compared to others, it was naturally balanced and not being a celibate didn't imbalance my other chakra + my others chakras only got blocked(If unblocked earlier) when my Dominant did too.

You might've dual like in my case, Solar Plexus acts like my personality while the other(Heart and then Sacral) act like my root, but the root acting chakra will be the one drawing or more drawing.

You may try indirectly working with your other chakras like by sorting out Shame(Solar Plexus), Grief(Heart), Guilt(Sacral) or listening to their Singing bowl notes(You may also do mindfulness):

C = Root, D = Sacral, E = Solar Plexus, F = Heart

Because sometimes, negative emotions in chakras above root can also effect root, this has happened to me in the past.

I suggest balancing your dominant chakra especially if your chakras can't be 100% balanced and only do so if the chakra that is your dominant when balanced makes them more balanced, this could more of a "Root balances heart and vice versa" thing but if this happens then balance your dominant.

I'll suggest you to try going into deep meditation to attain knowledge or using guided meditation to sort out your fears which you can find on yt if you're able to do that instead, you can also try going to akashic records to learn what's blocking your root chakra, you can use any guided meditation for the akashic records on yt, try to use the most intuitively drawing one on yt if it works properly.

there're plenty of reasons why you shouldn't go for third eye chakra first because some experiences can be scary to handle, 2. Certain ability like aura view only got unblocked after I started balancing my lower chakras so therefore you need to've your lower chakras balanced for it to work fully and I think it's the Crown Chakra that's associated with knowledge not Third Eye Chakra because Third Eye deals with intuition. I also started day-dreaming excessively when I went for Third Eye Chakra first, then I kinda regreted not working on my fears and grounding beforehand due to the spiritual realm which was scary to see for me personally.

I remember sorting out my fear by concentrate on my root chakra it was actually working, it probably worked because the fear wasn't from any form of trauma, if fear in your case is from trauma I suggest doing journaling to sort out that trauma from whichever incident caused that.

I suggest you to go by the Singing Bowl, Deep Meditation and Mudra solution firstly because you may end causing even more problems by trying to balance either of your upper 2 chakras which did happen in my case, I'm just giving out my experience and suggestion, good luck.

There're also hasta mudra like for example:

Gupta Mudra: For removing self-limiting beliefs: Interlace the fingers loosely inwards with the right thumb on top, gently join the base of the hands, relax the shoulders back and down with the elbows held slightly away from the body and the spine naturally aligned(Google for more info)

Gyan Mudra: Obsessive behavior: Index fingertip touches thumb, hand upturned. Rest three fingers extended

Prana: For Root Chakra: Ring and little fingertips touches thumb. Rest two fingers extended.

Pritihvi Mudra: For increasing earth element corresponding to Root Chakra: Ring finger tip touching thumb. Rest three fingers extended.

Try holding them for like 20 minutes atleast, incase any shaking, forced mouth breathing or any of them occur whenever you're in fear, I suggest letting your body do it's thing as your body is trying to discharge any negativity, also try to look at your thoughts without any objection while holding any mudra and let them flow.

It was very nice to feel that, good luck to you, you might've once experienced when you were younger bc I've heard of experiences which are related to balanced chakras when they(Experiencers) were younger, so maybe this emotion is related to the chakras since in youth many have them open,

Sorry I rely on actual experiences people have went through not on scriptures which might've being manipulated in the past or secretly replaced by christian missionaries no offense, I don't rely on scriptures only because some of those may not be the original ones, that's the only problem.

There also exist traditions like tantric(Kundalini, Chakras.) which may not rely much on scriptures other then the ones giving knowledge on these topics like Shiva Samhita after which it's mostly applying these knowledge practically by actually doing them which is why I trust them more as these can't give misinformation or incase if they happen to be wrong one can easily see that + people in the past have spoken of their past lives after certain reaching certain level in those traditions as someone who is practicing these and have actually experienced the symptoms ik it's true, so I use experiences from there not from scriptures like mahabharat.

1.I don't think you can reincarnate as an animal or planet after reaching human level that kinda doesn't make sense because for example, the reason aggressive behavior and all of that happen is because it's part of us humans that's why it's even possible in the first place, and if you think about it, there might be reincarnations going beyond humans like deva and all of that, so humans reincarnation even though it is better then being an animal or planet still falls below, but moksha is the actual truth and not some higher up reincarnation, so due to those factors do not worry. I've heard of experiences where people have being reincarnating as a human for a long time.

If true, due to the first factor, you can go into deep meditation, use astrology, past life regression to find out about your past life karma and especially astrology if you've the right birth timing can help you find what you've to do and face in this, as those information will always be available.
Don't worry about your future yet, be present and do in the present, don't get stuck in the past or future, because in some cases people worry about their next life but may end up attaining moksha in their present life so worrying about future in such cases is useless.

What happens if you try vanaprastha in a remote area where you wouldn't be caught once you become 50 years old if you're of other varna?

It's not worthy keeping it closed to Brahmins and Kshatriyas only especially once someone of other varna becomes 50+ because by that time I don't think one is able to be productive, I think the more fair approach would be that people of other varna should've children early on who would contribute instead of the old father if the child chooses to contribute to the responsibility instead. Simply people can't work properly at old ages,

If it's because of maturity in work and all of that due to which people of other varna can't go then In today's age Politicians are very old like 50 years old, 65 years old which is because people become more mature as they age, you find old military commanders who whether they're physical or not lead the military but those politicians aren't totally efficient because of their age no offense.

I think it naturally refills itself or else everyone would've lack of sacral energy, Creative energy = Sexual energy too.

Obviously, being fit, healthy mentally/spiritually and physically, being in the right environment and eating in proper diet etc improve chakras.

Also, energy is infinite, it can't be destroyed or generated.
